Description

You will ensure clients and employees have the equipment and supplies needed for best-in-class technology and uninterrupted support. You'll manage the purchasing process, collaborate with teams, and handle vendor pricing and selection to support daily operations and client projects.

Responsibilities

Manage entire purchasing process for daily needs and client projects
Collaborate with project team, sales, account management, solutions engineering, and leadership
Understand vendor pricing, selection, and availability to provide best options
Ensure overall office efficiency by managing infrastructure support
Send client communications, participate in client meetings, manage smaller accounts, and handle sales order billing
