💼 About This Role

You'll join the Data and ML Platform team to build and operate production-grade data and compute intensive systems. You'll define reusable patterns and build tools that accelerate development and improve operational excellence for Trade Republic's savings platform serving 10M+ customers. This role offers relocation support and the chance to work with state of the art technology across Berlin, London, or Paris.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and operate distributed systems for data and compute workloads.
• Define reusable patterns and build tools to accelerate development.

📋 Requirements

• Background in Software/System Engineering with production-grade data and compute systems.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, orchestration, and networking.
• Proficiency in system design and scaling strategies, balancing trade-offs like availability vs consistency.
• Experience managing business-critical systems in cloud infrastructure with observability and scalability.
