• Own the integrated financial model, annual operating plan, and multi-year forecast.
• Lead company-wide budgeting and planning cycles aligned with strategic priorities.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investing, or private credit.
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience influencing capital allocation decisions.
• Proven ability to build scalable financial planning and reporting processes.
• Comfort operating in high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
