You'll own the entire insight generation phase, working on deep analysis to provide unbiased answers on identified problem statements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define critical metrics and monitor performance trends.
• Translate business problems into analytical problem statements.
• Own insight generation and perform deep data analysis.
• Act as analytics SME and design dashboards.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of overall analytics experience.
• At least 1 year experience in the lending domain.
• Ability to write complex SQL queries for data manipulation.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau.

• Understanding of R or Python and statistical concepts.
• Experience building ML models.
