  • Provide empathetic support to patients and healthcare providers via phone, email, and ticketing.
  • Assist with insurance verification, benefits investigation, and payment discussions.
  • Troubleshoot product, enrollment, and service-related issues ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and case updates in CRM systems.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2โ€“3+ years customer service experience in a high-volume contact center.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate approach.
  • Ability to type 40+ WPM with strong multitasking and system navigation abilities.
