You'll drive commercial growth for Topsort's retail media platform in the EMEA region. You'll own full-cycle deal processes from prospecting to closing with high-value retailers and marketplaces. This role offers a chance to work directly with co-founders and shape the future of Retail Media 3.0.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect and close high-value retail and marketplace accounts.
  • Manage full-cycle sales from discovery to C-suite negotiations.
  • Articulate Topsort's API-based value proposition in demos and ROI models.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.

  • 3+ years of work experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top university (STEM preferred).
  • Strong communication and structured thinking skills.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms.
  • Familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization.
  • Fluency in German or other languages beyond English.
