πΌ About This Role
You'll drive commercial growth for Topsort's retail media platform in the EMEA region. You'll own full-cycle deal processes from prospecting to closing with high-value retailers and marketplaces. This role offers a chance to work directly with co-founders and shape the future of Retail Media 3.0.
π― What You'll Do
- Prospect and close high-value retail and marketplace accounts.
- Manage full-cycle sales from discovery to C-suite negotiations.
- Articulate Topsort's API-based value proposition in demos and ROI models.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting.
π Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top university (STEM preferred).
- Strong communication and structured thinking skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.

- Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms.
- Familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization.
- Fluency in German or other languages beyond English.
