Description

You will own the overall layout and packaging of our rocket engines, designing and analyzing critical structural and fluid components. Your work will involve trade studies, managing CAD/eBOM, and developing hardware like gimbals and ducting, collaborating closely with manufacturing and test teams to bring designs from concept to flight.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Demonstrated project/technical leadership skills
• Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Own overall engine layout and packaging, including trade studies
• Control and release CAD/eBOM for top-level engine assemblies
• Design and analyze hardware: gimbal, cryogenic ducting, manifolds, tubing, structures
• Lead development of new manufacturing or testing methods for flight hardware
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Test, and Vehicle Design teams
