You'll serve as the front-line customer service representative at Forge Build, a construction materials and equipment rental company. Your core impact will be managing walk-ins, calls, and orders while supporting outside sales representatives. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as first point of contact for walk-ins and calls.
• Process sales orders, quotes, pricing, and payments.
• Stock, clean, and merchandise store inventory.
• Identify and refer potential leads to outside sales reps.

📋 Requirements

• Strong customer service skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to learn BisTrack system for POS and inventory.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
