Description

You will perform inventory and operations-related tasks at our Inspection Center, including new hire onboarding, orientation, and engagement events, while collaborating with leadership and vendors.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age with valid driver's license
• No more than two moving violations in last three years or DUI
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to work as a team player and interact professionally

Responsibilities

• Own post-employment tasks for new hires including I-9 verification, orientation, and first day email
• Facilitate new hire orientation and maintain site rosters and schedules
• Prepare and execute communication plans for key operations initiatives or events
• Coordinate onsite engagement events via email, business updates, and announcements
• Collaborate with leadership, internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners
