Description

You will lead the Taiwan Finance team as a business partner for the Retail domain, identifying key metrics, tracking performance, performing root cause analysis, and providing recommendations to drive business results. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to improve financial outcomes in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of FP&A experience in a fast-paced technology-oriented organization
• Retail FP&A experience required
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, with strong business sense
• Strong Excel and SQL skills
• Fluent in English and traditional Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Identify key input/output metrics impacting Retail P&L
• Establish ambitious goals and implement plans to achieve them in ambiguous situations
• Track metrics, analyze trends, and provide financial visibility to stakeholders
• Provide constant feedback, raise flags, and recommend corrective measures
• Perform root cause analysis by retrieving and diving deep into data
