Description

You will support the aft fuselage assembly builds of the Phantom 3500 and help prepare for production at the FAIT Facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Your work will involve completing training, fabricating composite parts, and assisting in manufacturing trials to achieve cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge in manufacturing engineering and assembly technical areas
• Ability to work under general direction and learn imaginative processes
• Disciplined approach to initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing tasks

Responsibilities

• Complete 3DX training and create MBOM, BOP, and work instructions
• Complete composite bonder training and fabricate composite parts
• Assist in developing and executing plans for manufacturing trials
• Learn and execute DFM, producibility analysis, and manufacturing trade studies
• Identify, report and resolve safety and quality hazards/risks
