You will design, build, and test electronics for the world's largest network of Starlink ground stations, ensuring hardware withstands harsh conditions and maintains reliable communication with millions of users globally. Perform detailed failure analysis, root cause investigations, and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or other STEM discipline
  • 1+ years experience in hardware development, failure analysis, or reliability engineering (internships acceptable)
  • Ability to work extended hours or weekends as needed
  • U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee per ITAR

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute environmental, RF, mechanical, and electrical test solutions for ground antenna electronics
  • Perform failure analysis of ground antenna hardware, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
  • Select COTS hardware or design custom PCBAs for signal measurement, flight-like loads, and unit power
  • Support hardware through design qualification, production ramp, and ground network rollout
  • Drive design improvements by analyzing data from field and lab
