🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide primary care and metabolic health services to adults
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including MD/DO and dietitians
• Document accurately for billing and review remote patient monitoring data
• Communicate with patients via portal in a timely manner

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree (MSN or PA) with NP or PA certification
• Unrestricted DEA licensure and prescriptive authority
• 2+ years clinical experience in ambulatory, family, or internal medicine
• Active Massachusetts license or willingness to obtain

• Experience in chronic condition management and weight management
• OMA APC certification in obesity medicine
