Description

You will launch and grow Lightspeed Hospitality's social media presence in France and Benelux across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll create compelling content, manage content calendars, and engage with the community to drive brand impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years social media management experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or hospitality
• Proven track record managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube; full ownership of content calendar
• End-to-end content creation: briefing, scripting, interviewing, editing, publishing
• Native-level French and high proficiency in English
• Tech-savvy with AI, social, and video tools; data-driven with strong social metrics understanding

Responsibilities

• Execute social media strategy and own content calendars for France and Benelux across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube
• Lead strategy and launch of Instagram channel in France; grow LinkedIn and YouTube presence
• Collaborate with internal teams to brief high-quality assets; create short-form video content
• Proactively connect with Hospitality clients to uncover stories and lead creative ideation
• Monitor performance using Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite; provide recommendations to improve reach and growth
