You'll join the Talent Management Team in Hamburg, supporting active sourcing, university collaborations, and recruitment processes. You'll gain end-to-end recruitment insights in a high-growth IT consultancy. This role offers international exposure across 11+ European offices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source candidates via platforms and networks.
• Coordinate university collaborations and events.
• Support recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Assist with internal and external employer branding activities.

📋 Requirements

• Enrolled student in Germany (e.g., business, HR, psychology).
• First practical experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Fluent English and German communication skills.
• Availability for at least 10 hours per week.
