You'll own Cobot's federal go-to-market strategy, positioning the company to capture Department of Defense modernization funding. You'll build relationships across agencies and contractors, navigating complex procurement cycles to secure multi-million dollar contracts. This role offers the chance to scale a government business unit from the ground up at a high-growth robotics startup.

  • Lead Cobot's federal go-to-market strategy

  • Navigate federal budget and contracting pathways
  • Execute complex federal sales cycles from start to award

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in government sales
  • Track record of securing federal contracts in long-cycle environments
  • Deep understanding of federal budget and appropriations
  • Experience scaling a government sales motion in a high-growth tech company
