Description

In this role, you will help ensure invoices are processed accurately, cash activity is tracked carefully, and monthly financial close tasks are completed on time and with attention to detail. You will work closely with a collaborative Accounting team and partner with teammates across Finance to support reliable financial reporting that helps the business operate smoothly.

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Solid foundational knowledge of GAAP
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables) or Google Sheets
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• High level of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in handling financial data

• Support the daily operations of Rula’s Accounting team
