You'll join a multi-disciplinary team to drive low-carbon building performance across Canada's highest-performing projects. You'll conduct analysis to support certifications like LEED, WELL, and Toronto Green Standard.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support green building certification (LEED, WELL, Fitwel) from design to certification
• Conduct life cycle assessments and embodied carbon strategies
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams and clients
• Manage project milestones, deliverables, and sustainability documentation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or building science
• 2-5 years experience in sustainable building design
• LEED Green Associate or LEED AP (or commitment to achieve within 6 months)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Bluebeam Revu

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CAGBC Zero Carbon Building Standard, Passive House, or Living Building Challenge
• Proficiency in InDesign and familiarity with Revit
• Experience with life cycle assessment tools like One Click LCA or Athena
