Description

As a Software Engineering Manager on the Calculation Infrastructure team at Addepar, you will shape and execute a program of product features, technical debt elimination, and scalability advancements. You will coach and mentor a team of engineers, own end-to-end solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact across R&D.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years leading software engineering teams, preferably in a platform engineering context
• Experience or interest in financial technology
• Great communicator adept at working with cross-functional partners
• Experienced with managing software projects throughout the SDLC
