💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's Advanced Solutions team to repair and maintain pump, power, and HVAC equipment for customer and company-owned assets. Your work empowers contractors through innovative technology and real-time support. You'll use our proprietary T3 platform to diagnose issues faster and work smarter.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, HVAC, and diesel engines
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at shop and customer locations
• Use technology (laptops, tablets) to create and monitor work orders
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed

📋 Requirements

• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment
• Must own tools applicable to position
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

• Trade school certificate
• Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
