🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze feature adoption and engagement to identify retention drivers
• Build customer health scoring model using product usage signals
• Audit and enrich CRM data, syncing with product usage
• Map full sales funnel and identify conversion bottlenecks

📋 Requirements

• SQL proficiency
• Python for data wrangling and analysis with pandas
• BI tool experience with Metabase, Looker, or Tableau
• Experience with product analytics platforms like Amplitude or Mixpanel

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Comfortable working with CRM data
• Strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
