Description

You will lead agile engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and predictable delivery. You'll coach teams towards self-organization, remove impediments, and partner with product owners to ensure a healthy backlog, driving high-quality software delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years dedicated experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies
• Demonstrable experience mentoring teams to foster self-organization and a growth mindset
• Proficient with agile project management tools like Jira and Confluence

Responsibilities

• Empower the team to run their own ceremonies, making them productive and value-driven
• Act as subject matter expert on lean and agile principles to help team develop effective processes
• Promote transparency with clear reporting and visible Agile dashboards (e.g., burn-down charts, flow metrics)
• Coach team towards self-organization, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of outcomes
• Proactively identify, track, and remove impediments and risks impacting team's progress
