You'll lead a global team of Sales Development Representatives focused on outbound pipeline generation for an AI-enabled accounting automation platform. Your impact includes driving SQL attainment, coaching SDRs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale revenue. This role offers the chance to shape strategy and adopt AI-enabled tools.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage and develop a global team of 7-8 SDRs focused on outbound pipeline generation.
- Deliver data-driven 1:1 coaching on prospecting, cold calling, and objection handling.
- Track SQL volume, pipeline generated, quota attainment, and new hire ramp time.
- Own the SDR team's pipeline forecast and identify risks and opportunities proactively.
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 with a Master's.
- 2+ years managing an outbound SDR or BDR team in B2B SaaS.
- 4+ years in sales development or pipeline generation roles.
- Experience leading teams in a structured, high-volume outbound environment.
