💼 About This Role

You'll be responsible for data entry into the Automated Reentry Management System within a prison-based treatment program. Your work ensures accurate tracking of participant services and maintains data security. This role offers a chance to contribute to social justice and community rehabilitation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform daily data entry of service activities in ARMS
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of service data
• Maintain data security and comply with HIPAA
• Prepare daily registers and weekly/monthly reports for CDCR

📋 Requirements

• Operational knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, and Access
• Attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets
• Knowledge of substance abuse treatment models
• Ability to follow data policies and contractual requirements

• Experience in a supervisory role
• Understanding of causes and effects of substance abuse
