💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary owner of the Quote-to-Contract ecosystem, overseeing quoting, pricing, and approval workflows. You'll act as a strategic partner to GTM teams, ensuring reliability and accuracy of revenue operations. This role blends deep technical expertise with a consultative, client-facing approach in a fast-moving SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Salesforce CPQ for quoting, pricing, approvals, renewals, and amendments.
• Configure products, SKUs, price books, discount schedules, and quote templates.
• Partner with RevOps, Sales, Renewals, Finance, and Product Operations.
• Triage and resolve CPQ-related issues including quote errors and pricing discrepancies.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce or business systems administration experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ administration.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, permission sets).
• Active Salesforce Administrator certification.

✨ Nice to Have

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist or revenue-platform certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or Computer Science.
• Experience with DocuSign, BillingPlatform, NetSuite, or Marketo.
