Description

As a Maintenance Technician I, you'll support the daily upkeep of an apartment community—maintaining cleanliness, performing light repairs, and preparing vacant apartments for new residents. This entry-level role is your opportunity to learn property maintenance hands-on, with training and support from a dedicated team.

Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge of yardwork and general facility maintenance.
• One year of maintenance, repair, or HVAC experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Clean and pick up debris throughout the property including breezeways, sidewalks, and common areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through repairs, light checks, painting, and fixture replacements.
• Assist with pool maintenance and distribute communications to residents.
• Maintain shop appearance and inventory.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
