🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design of AI-driven marketing workflows across paid media, SEO, and creative channels.
• Build autonomous systems for performance anomaly detection and automated insights.

• Champion AI adoption and scalable automation practices across marketing teams.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Performance Marketing, Marketing Operations, or CRO.
• Proven experience leading AI or automation transformations in marketing.
• Strong understanding of marketing data pipelines, attribution, and analytics.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) and CRM platforms like Salesforce.

• Experience with global martech rollouts and AI governance (GDPR, CCPA).
• Knowledge of prompt engineering or agentic AI systems.
