• Investigate discrepancies and perform daily analysis and forecasting
• Lead, train, and mentor team to achieve performance goals

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as an inventory or warehouse supervisor
• Expertise in inventory control and safety management
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with POS/ERP systems
• Ability to analyze data and forecast inventory needs

• Associate degree in business or related field
• CPIM certification
• Experience with SOX compliance audits
