Description

You will build and lead the product marketing function at BuildOps, owning GTM strategy, launch excellence, and narrative across the platform. You'll report to the CMO and partner deeply with Product, Engineering, Sales, and CS to drive disciplined launch processes and translate complex AI capabilities into compelling stories.

Requirements

  • Experience in product marketing leadership, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling stories
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Sales, and CS
  • Proven track record of building scalable GTM processes
  • Deep understanding of AI product positioning and marketing

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end GTM strategy for key product lines and major releases
  • Develop segment-specific GTM playbooks (ICP, personas, messaging, sales motions)
  • Lead positioning and messaging for the BuildOps platform, focusing on vertical AI differentiation
  • Build and run a standard GTM launch process with tiered framework
  • Drive cross-functional launch readiness across Sales, CS, Support, and Marketing
