🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee team of onsite technicians for VA EHRM deployment
• Set up equipment at training sites and maintain network connectivity
• Configure Wi-Fi hardware and baseband network connectivity
• Manage hardware startup, imaging, and break/fix support

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in IP network design and troubleshooting
• Experience managing technical teams
• Experience with Wi-Fi hardware configuration and management
• Ability to travel up to 50% and lift 50 lbs

• Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop deployments
• Experience as IT helpdesk Tier 2
