You'll lead iOS development for SafetyCulture's workplace operations platform, ensuring the best mobile experience for our customers. You'll own delivery of practical solutions that have immediate positive impact on frontline workers worldwide. This role is part of a high-performing team trusted to build and run a system serving hundreds of thousands of users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical design and feasibility
• Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices
• Own delivery of features from conception to deployment

📋 Requirements

• iOS development background with strong Swift experience
• Experience building complex custom UI in SwiftUI or UIKit
• Knowledge of concurrency and multi-threading on iOS
• Understanding of REST, HTTP, and efficient networking on iOS

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience mentoring other engineers
• C++ experience (shared library for mobile clients)
• Experience with Adaptive Layout and reactive functional programming
