💼 About This Role

You'll join Pearce Services to service and repair commercial HVAC package units on cell tower sites across the St. Cloud region. Your work directly impacts the reliability of critical telecom infrastructure. This role offers extensive travel, independent work, and opportunities for growth in the telecom industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair commercial package cooling systems on cell towers
• Conduct performance checks and regular HVAC maintenance
• Respond to emergency service calls in a timely manner
• Complete daily work reports accurately and on time

📋 Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification (Required)
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass DOT physical
• Availability for after-hours and weekend call outs
