📋 Requirements

• Strong background in machine learning
• Hands-on production ML systems at scale
• Experience with generative AI and NLP
• Expertise with LLM-based systems

• Experience with DPO, KTO, reinforcement fine-tuning
• Experience with Apache Beam, Spark, GCP or AWS
