💼 About This Role

You'll lead China payroll operations for a global HR platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You'll own end-to-end payroll execution and contribute to scalable processes. This role offers a chance to work with diverse teams across APAC in a fully remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing for assigned jurisdictions.
• Own end-to-end payroll execution including validation and post-payroll processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on payroll matters.
• Support implementation of payroll services in new jurisdictions.

📋 Requirements

• Mid-senior career experience in China payroll operations.
• End-to-end payroll processing experience in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of payroll controls and statutory compliance.
• Experience in multi-country or global payroll environments.

• Additional language skills beyond English.
