💼 About This Role

You'll support the Buy On Board team in menu strategy and operational execution for Allegiant's inflight retail program. You'll gain hands-on experience in product development, pricing analysis, and vendor management. This internship offers a well-rounded understanding of how menu strategy translates to onboard execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with menu planning and product selection, including pricing analysis.
• Support commissary operations with inventory tracking and audits.
• Conduct trend and competitive research for product opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and reference materials for leadership reviews.

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Hospitality, or related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Associate's degree or higher.
