You'll define the technical vision for enterprise features like identity, access controls, and usage metering on Unstructured's AI data pipeline platform. You'll tackle deep challenges in cloud-native distributed systems and mentor engineers across the org. This role offers a chance to shape foundational AI infrastructure used by half the Fortune 500.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical vision for complex high-impact systems
• Write production code and lead major initiatives
• Solve deep architectural challenges at scale
• Align cross-org teams around shared roadmap

📋 Requirements

• 7-10+ years shipping production systems in high-growth environments
• Deep experience in cloud-native systems (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Hands-on with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, and RBAC/ABAC
• Experience integrating with enterprise identity providers (LDAP, AD, SCIM)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in AI/ML systems or unstructured data pipelines
• Expertise in Kubernetes and SaaS infrastructure scaling
• Background in security, privacy, and compliance frameworks
