💼 About This Role

You'll manage Talkdesk's social media presence for 20-30 hours/week over 10 weeks. You'll own content scheduling across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram using Sprout Social. This role focuses on community engagement and workflow prioritization across Jira, Slack, and Asana.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Schedule content across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram via Sprout Social
• Write original LinkedIn copy and adapt for other channels
• Conduct daily community management sweeps and respond to engagement
• Monitor and organize requests from email, Jira, Slack, and Asana

📋 Requirements

• Expert-level use of Sprout Social for scheduling and advocacy
• Experience with Jira, Slack, and Asana for task management
• Strong ability to mimic brand voice and adapt messaging for different platforms
• Familiarity with UTM building and AI-assisted content generation

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with YouTube uploads and description creation
• Background in B2B SaaS social media
• Experience with AI-assisted content generation tools
