🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain COBOL programs in Mainframe environment
• Manage batch processes using JCL and Control-M
• Perform unit and integration testing for CICS transactions
• Optimize SQL queries and ensure DB2 data integrity

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years of Mainframe development experience
• Expertise in COBOL, JCL, and CICS
• Advanced DB2 database management and SQL optimization
• Experience with Control-M scheduling

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of UML diagrams and data modeling
• Experience with AI assistants like ChatGPT or Copilot
• Familiarity with Scrum and Jira/DevOps
