You'll serve as the primary legal advisor to product and engineering teams developing blockchain-based payments and financial infrastructure. You'll provide proactive guidance on US financial services laws and design compliance policies for innovative payment solutions. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary legal advisor to product and engineering teams on blockchain payments.
• Provide proactive guidance on US money transmission and payments regulation.
• Design and evolve internal compliance policies and product governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and security teams on KYC, AML, and data privacy.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active bar admission.
• 7+ years of legal experience in fintech, payments, banking, or blockchain.
• Strong expertise in US financial services regulation and money transmission compliance.
• Experience advising on product legal and compliance matters in fintech or cryptocurrency.
