Description

As a Data Engineer at Rhombus Power, you will design and implement data engineering activities for mission-driven projects that inform our national security agenda. You'll build and maintain data infrastructure, develop pipelines, and collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team to deliver AI-powered predictive intelligence solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years experience, or Master's degree with 1 year experience
• Experience with Python, Pandas, Numpy, and at least one other programming language
• Experience with relational, NoSQL, or file-based storage databases
• Experience building and maintaining ETL data pipelines
• Working knowledge of AWS/cloud technologies

Responsibilities

• Develop code using programming/scripting languages to automate data ingestion and improve data management
• Architect data repositories, stand up data platforms, and develop data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and aggregation
• Review existing architecture and improve processes for data governance, data quality, and metadata management
• Extract and analyze raw data from multiple sources via APIs, SQL Stored Procedures, or Python scripts
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in an agile environment
