Description
You will own forecasting and staffing models for Clinical Operations, manage short-term scheduling, and translate analytics into actionable insights to drive efficiency. You'll partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the right capacity to meet member needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or analytical field; Master's preferred
- 2-3 years experience in operations strategy, analytics, or related role
- Experience with workforce management or capacity planning preferred
- Proficiency in data tools (Looker, SQL, Hex); workforce management tools preferred
- Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership and influence decisions using data
Responsibilities
- Own forecasting of inbound volume to Clinical Operations by team and request category
- Develop and manage dynamic staffing models for headcount planning
- Lead short-term scheduling, shift planning, RTA, and monitor adherence, occupancy, shrinkage
- Translate analytics into actionable insights using AI to drive efficiency
- Serve as strategic partner to Clinical Operations leadership on resourcing decisions
