🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor orders and coordinate with sellers and logistics
• Manage order cancellations and perform root cause analysis
• Plan and implement improvements for operational metrics
• Identify process pain points and create corrective actions

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in Customer Success for hyperlocal deliveries
• Experience managing Fill Rate and TAT Breach metrics
• Ability to work with Product and technical teams to highlight issues
• Proficiency in MS Excel and understanding of CRM
