Description

You will serve as a trusted advisor to ~40 customers, developing tailored success plans, driving platform adoption, and identifying growth opportunities. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, provide strategic and tactical support, and contribute to product improvements, all while integrating AI into your workflows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years customer success experience with relationship management
  • Experience explaining software to end users and advising on marketing strategy
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable discussing renewals, upgrades, and cancellations
  • Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and office tools (Google Suite, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as trusted advisor for ~40 customers with tailored success plans
  • Drive platform adoption and help customers achieve goals
  • Identify and recommend additional Klaviyo products to increase revenue
  • Proactively review performance and address open issues
  • Collaborate across Onboarding, Customer Growth, and internal teams
