💼 About This Role

You'll perform maintenance and repair on heavy equipment and aerial lifts in a shop environment. You'll use proprietary T3 technology to diagnose issues and manage work orders efficiently. This role offers year-round OEM training and the chance to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track service intervals
• Maintain detailed electronic documentation of all work performed
• Assist in training lower level technicians as needed

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to the position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with understanding of schematics

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements preferred
