You'll own the digital coordination layer of a high-volume factory, integrating software, infrastructure, and automation into a single coherent execution plan. This production-critical role ensures the factory's digital systems keep pace with physical operations, directly impacting manufacturing throughput.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary point of contact for all factory software systems
• Drive coordination across MES, IoT, controls, and automation teams
• Ensure correct sequencing of infrastructure, app, and automation deployments
• Maintain real-time view of site readiness, risks, and dependencies

📋 Requirements

• Experience operating in complex, cross-functional environments
• Strong understanding of production systems and manufacturing workflows
• Ability to work across software, infrastructure, and automation domains
• High ownership and bias for action
