Description

You will oversee day-to-day clinical operations of pediatric home care services, supervising nursing staff, managing care plans, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards. This role focuses on delivering high-quality care to pediatric clients while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining strong patient and family relationships.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid state license
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel locally for home visits and supervisory duties
• Trach/vent experience or interest in learning

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise RNs, LPNs, and field staff
• Manage daily clinical operations, patient assignments, and caseload oversight
• Perform initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Conduct supervisory home visits to ensure care plan adherence
• Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance
