You'll design high-performing motion and static assets that directly influence user acquisition and conversion. This fully remote role blends creativity with data-driven iteration across multiple digital platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design motion ads, static visuals, trailers, and app store creatives.
• Develop adaptable creative concepts for different game genres.
• Iterate creatives based on performance data and A/B test results.
• Optimize App Store and Google Play assets for conversion.
• Provide feedback to junior designers and external contributors.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in marketing design or motion graphics.
• Proven experience creating UA ads and ASO assets.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
• Understanding of performance marketing, UA strategies, and player psychology.
