You'll design and execute high-impact mission-aligned experiences for candidates, staff, and donors at Foundation Academies. You'll own a balanced portfolio across recruitment, onboarding, employee experience, and donor engagement. This role sits at the intersection of Talent and Advancement, driving community connection and mission alignment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute mission-aligned events for talent and advancement outcomes
• Plan donor- and scholar-facing events to deepen engagement
• Lead candidate onboarding experience execution
• Manage employee engagement initiatives like community days and recognition events

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
• 3–5+ years of experience in event planning, talent experience, or community engagement
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in K–12 education or charter schools
• Experience supporting both talent/recruitment and fundraising/advancement functions
• Familiarity with CRM or event management platforms
