You'll design and execute high-impact mission-aligned experiences for candidates, staff, and donors at Foundation Academies. You'll own a balanced portfolio across recruitment, onboarding, employee experience, and donor engagement. This role sits at the intersection of Talent and Advancement, driving community connection and mission alignment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and execute mission-aligned events for talent and advancement outcomes
- Plan donor- and scholar-facing events to deepen engagement
- Lead candidate onboarding experience execution
- Manage employee engagement initiatives like community days and recognition events
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
- 3โ5+ years of experience in event planning, talent experience, or community engagement
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in Kโ12 education or charter schools
- Experience supporting both talent/recruitment and fundraising/advancement functions
- Familiarity with CRM or event management platforms
