💼 About This Role

You'll lead capital markets activity and strategic transactions for a leading cloud provider and AI hyperscaler. You'll report to the General Counsel and act as a hands-on, business-embedded legal partner. You'll also have the opportunity to build and manage a high-performing legal team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise executives on equity and debt capital markets matters.
• Lead complex financing transactions, including structured financings.
• Manage M&A transactions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee, build, and mentor a high-performing legal team.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 15+ years of experience leading capital markets and strategic transactions.
• Deep experience with equity and debt offerings, including structured financings.
• Proven ability to act as primary deal counsel for complex transactions.
