Description

You will lead a team of composite technicians at Rocket Lab's Space Structures Complex in Middle River, MD, overseeing the build and integration of large composite assemblies for the Neutron rocket. Your role involves setting job assignments, driving daily progress, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 5+ years experience as a technician in test facilities, industrial plants, or similar environments

Responsibilities

• Manage team of composite technicians, ensuring clarity and accountability
• Manage daily tactical and weekly strategic objectives for production work cells
• Track output against delivery objectives, manage capacity planning and scheduling
• Drive improvement projects to reduce touch-time, improve quality, or reduce safety risk
• Oversee team training and conformance to health and safety policies
